Information we collect
Forms may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, city or ZIP code, project descriptions, selected services, preferred contact information, applicant or subcontractor information, and optional files.
Why we collect it
Haywire uses submitted information to understand the request, route it to the appropriate electrical, excavation, recruiting, or subcontractor contact, respond to questions, review project requests, and evaluate first-contact work inquiries.
Form processors and destinations
The website uses a Cloudflare Pages Worker to validate submissions and forward them to a private destination selected by Haywire. Service providers receive only the information needed to perform their part of the service and are expected to protect it appropriately.
File uploads
Optional files are used to review the related project or work inquiry. Access is limited to people who need the files for that purpose, and the configured service providers are expected to enforce file type, size, private storage, and malware-screening controls where supported.
Analytics
The site may record privacy-filtered events such as phone clicks, navigation, form starts, form errors, and successful submissions. Analytics must not receive names, email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, project descriptions, uploaded filenames, resume filenames, or message contents.
Retention and access
Customer leads, project files, applicant information, and subcontractor information are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, and ordinary business records. Recruitment information is handled separately from customer-lead reporting, and access is limited to people who need it.
